Where does my donation go?
Last year, CHILDREN CHARITY helped more than 100 million people in 102 countries with humanitarian assistance and poverty reduction programs. However, the triple threat of COVID-19, climate change and conflict affects billions of people around the world. Bold ideas and quick action are needed to accelerate progress and reverse the trend.
The CHILDREN CHARITY Crypto Humanitarian Relief Fund directly funds critical humanitarian initiatives and empowers those closest to the issues to take the risks necessary to achieve transformative change. Donations will be immediately invested in high-impact solutions, including projects that test the use of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies as a viable and effective option for delivering aid to people in need.
Giving is simple and easy and immediately gets to work supporting urgent humanitarian response efforts. Contributions from the crypto community help advance innovative solutions to respond to increasingly complex humanitarian emergencies, from floods and locusts to armed conflict.
Crypto donations are currently funding CHILDREN CHARITY’s response to the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine . The crypto community actively supports CHILDREN CHARITY’s work with local partners to provide vulnerable refugees and families trapped in conflict zones with emergency assistance, including shelter, clean water and food, emergency kits hygiene, medication, mental health support and direct cash assistance.
In 2022, CHILDREN CHARITY completed pilot projects to test the use of cryptocurrency in Kenya and Ecuador.
